Where is the sensor located that indicates whether the door is open or closed? Im assuming mine is faulty being that even when my door is shut completely i still have that infernal dinging going on for 5 minutes.
Any help is appreciated, i swear ever time i hear it when i 1st go drive it sets me into a mini-fit of rage hahah.

This car is becoming an electrical nightmare...

The open/close switch is part of the lock assembly located inside the door.
