COFFEE!
SMIC off.
Bumper Trimming.
Brackets.
Pipes.
Magic can.
Took a long time but We were able to keep the fog lights. The plan is to get fog grills back with little more trimming, finish the pipes, and put the headlight washer spray back on.
Any suggestion feel free to comment and let me know!
- The core was from CX Racing (Ebay) "This is the same popular low cost Ebay core that JHM and many others have had REAL WORLD success with." - JHM
- The lip is from Seat cupra R lip. Got them from ECS tuning
- It was core $200 + shop supplies (Pipes, Clamps, hoses) + labor (Saturday, Sunday + Monday) Took for ever to avoid everything in the front end and lay the pipes around everything. $1000 total.
- I wanted the clean & mean look. I love my fog lights too way much to get rid of and i wanted to keep my AC.
- I will be posting more pics soon as we are done putting everything back together ( Fog grill, clean up the pipes, and put the washer pump cap back on)

Why is it that people think there is no way to install the JHM/Ebay cores and retain foglights? With trimming and some custom piping (not that expensive if you bend it yourself or source a cheap shop) you can easily retain the grilles and fogs...as stated by the OP.
BTW, not that it matters all THAT much, but is there a reason you routed the majority of your P/S cooler behind the piping? What about just to the right of it coiled up a little more compact? Just a thought.
I take it you scrapped your condenser fan? Any plans for a high flow fan? A/C is your best friend in the South!

Very clean, indeed. Great work!
Not for now, I'm a windows down guy on summer unless it's raining. I didn't scrap the fan, it's laying around in my garage now.
All credit goes to the fabricator! He usually doesn't work on any Audi, VW, BMW, etc. Not to mention not too many modified B5S4's around here except for biggern.
What'd it cost for the custom piping?
Would you make another set and sell them..?
yeah what he said... If you made the pipes just like you did ( without welding to the IC ), I would pay you $*** and you'd make your time labor back on your pat.

I'm really interested it a set of pipes too! Your set up looks great.
id buy a set of them as well if they were available. like i said before set up looks killer. i like how the there is no buldge on the bottom of the bumper. can we get a shot from the direct front as well?

Looks good, but I can't fathom why anyone would ever spend $1k to get an eBay intercooler on their car. I know about the results and all, but fuck, you could have gotten a set of brand new ER's for what you paid.
I find it ironic that the colors red, white, and blue represent freedom until they are flashing behind you.

To update who were interested in piping he is considering making the same pipes but he is not 100% sure yet.But if he does, he will be asking for payment up front to have materials ready.
More info soon.
