help with part (ETKA inside) timing belt cover bolts

Is the bolt 13 marked in blue the bolt(s) for the timing belt cover?

13 is the one that holds the metal back piece on the head. I think the one for the plastic cover would be on the diagram for the bi pipe m6x16.

thanks man, could you point me in the right direction to the illustration # that has the bi-pipe.. I scanned through every illustration in the A4Q section, not sure why i can't find it
