Um that ad says K04 turbos, which (by the wiki standards) put that at Stage 3-
Get a new tune and a fueling kit and you have a full Stage 3 car.
As far as the price goes, there are a couple full Stage 3 cars in the classifieds for roughly the same price. But if the car is clean and has proper documentation of all the stuff he is claiming, then it's worth what he's asking.
It worries me cause its running a stage 2 tune for k03. but if its got k04s you need a tune for k04s. The ecu thinks its running k03s when its really got k04s. Im sure this would cause a major issue. But im sure someone will chime in with more turbo smarts then i. I was told that i need ed a.stg 3minus tune when i installed k04s on stock fueling.

I have ran K04's on a stg2 for almost 2 years now and I have no issues at all. It went from Miami to Boston in this configuration and got about 26MPG on average HWY.
Engine doesn't pull timing, no CEL's (except for rear O2 sensor acting up). Then again I don't beat on the car so I'm not a good judge of that.
FWIW I am probably going to see the S4 in a few months (need bigger car).
