Anyone know a place that will do vinyl window trim 3 places i called won't touch it.

I think the law is 70% all around except anything on the rear window in Ny.
I've seen tons of people rock tint on the back (with no issues, as long as the front isnt tinted) and rear so can i go as dark as i want or 35%? What are your thoughts?
