    Torque for Valve cover on Audi S6 2002

    Anyone could help me out on that one! I am changing the Valve cover gasket this weekend but would like to make sure that I have the correct torque when I put all this back together.
    I found 7ft/pnd but not sure from the source. Help me out please

    That is correct. Audi says 10 Newton Meters which is 88 Inch Pounds or like you said, 7.4 Foot Pounds.
    No one here wants to hear about the JDM Tyte Supras I owned prior to my Audis....

    10 Newton Meters/8 foot lbs. Start at the centers, then do the outsides diagonally, all progressively.
