    87 audi coupe gt advise

    1987 Audi GT COUPE for Sale for $1000... 165000miles on it....immaculate condition .....FWD with manual transmission...i drove the car and it drives great...Small hole in exhaust has to be fixed.


    question is... is it worth to buy?....Any other info could provide would be greatly appreciated.

    They are great cars and fun first car to learn to work on. That's what I did. Can't kill those 5 cyl engines and they are non transverse engine so even a broken tb belt isn't that bad. Great car for the price.

    $1000 is a deal for anything that runs anymore. Parts availability isn't the best but they are cool cars.

    $1000 is a pretty reasonable deal for it as long as it's in decent shape. Be sure to check for rust spots along the door panels and trunk area as well as around the taillights. Parts are a bit hard to find initially but not too difficult to track down after some research.
