I do agree about the stud kit though however in the OP's case I dont think he needs it...
I would run a stud kit, for the price you pay for me lugs, why not get studs. It makes it so much easier to put the wheels on also. The studs I got from raven ms fit under the stock center caps still with no spacers.

You practically stole those wheels at that price and you gripe about $160 in spacers? The ebay ones will cost $130, soooo $30 worth the risk on cheap spacers? Not that ECS is the prime choice of spacer brand, they are still very good.

Wanna be a cheapass, wait for a deal to pop up

OP, I think we live in the same city so bring them to me and I'll give you the $600.

Seriously, just buy a stud kit. The RavenMS kit is a pretty cheap option (the one I have).

To bring this thread back from almost getting into the "2012 Hall of Fame for worst post", what year B6/B7 S4s (2006 I think?) had these as an option? And can anyone tell me the specs? 18x8, ET ???

^^ exactly why I said from my 1st post

Also guys, the A3 was offered in 2007 and 2008 with a BBS CH024 which is identical to the CH028 except its 18x7.5 (028 is 18x8). Not exactly sure on the offset...

Just some more food for thought...

It's not so much that as it is the price on our cars coming down to the point where HS kids and young college kids have no problem buying them.

Do NOT use stock lugs with 10mm spacers, that would be your first mistake. Like I said, I would just do 10mm all the way around so you dont have mismatching lugs (40mm and 45mm) that could get mixed up later down the road. Plus, 10mm all the way around is the perfect stance:

Lulz, stance is subjective but that is so far from perfect. Idk what to say.

If they were my wheels and my s4 I would have 20mm minimum in the rear and probably a 15mm in the front. But then again I wouldn't bother.
