I'm assuming you still have pedal pressure. If so, its nothing hydraulic...your pressure plate is fucked. I had the same problems with a new clutch I would put in...depress the clutch and the revs won't drop (on the highway)...even in the driveway it got stock and with the clutch depressed, my car moved up the hill. Turned out my pressure plate was defective, new clutch solved all the problems (both were OEM btw)...still no issues 20-something thousand miles later. The only thing was that my issue was temperamental...happened once, and then again a few weeks later. But exact same symptoms.

If you have no pedal pressure or its sinking to the floor, then its hydraulic related. Otherwise its probably what I had.

it turned out to be my master cyl. i took the long way and replaced the slave before even checking if the master was working correctly, wasted another few days replacing that pain in the ass. If i were you i would start at at the slave cyl and work your way up the line.

For future reference it is possible to shift the car with out using the clutch. You'll need it to get going obviously but if your driving you can shift by letting off the gas letting the rpm's drop a little and sliding it into the next gear.

Obviously if the car drives fine like this but you cant shift it with the clutch it would eliminate the possibility of the transmission not working and lead more towards the clutch system.

Its basically an OE replacement Luk clutch unit so I'm willing to bet it will be dependable. The custom flywheel is slightly worrisome, but I bet its a solid unit. You might get some chatter since its a single mass unit, but nothign out of the ordinary with single mass flywheels.

Wow, you are truly worthless, i told this guy that i would send him the money when the part arrived, it was fishy that he sent the part without me sending the money and didn't even ask for my full name. Its been more than a week since he said he sent it. If the part does arrive then of course i plan on paying not only the shipping but more than that, money is not the issue in this case. And whats even worse is that he is over-exaggerating.

wow. as in wow you're an arrogant dickhead. you sent it without getting paid first, you assume all risk. you have no right to report anything negative about him until AFTER he recieves it and THEN doesnt pay you. you made the naive move and just shipped it out to a new member that has no reputation around here; even if it was the nice thing to do.

in conclusion, i find this entire thing laughable as its over $8

Thank you, i would of preferred me send the $ first and get a tracking #. And he keeps sending very harsh messages about the me not paying when i have not even received the part. And the thread was about the clutch and this guy decided to bring the problem into it.

Listen, i am a fair guy, but you are just judging before results which does not seem fair at all. And once again, i appreciate it but i just like to be sure of things and you are judging harshly for that?
