Heavy vibration / shake at cold starts - Please Help!

Hey guys,
I have a B7 2007 2.0T Tiptronic, s-line, 100% stock, and I'm aware of the cabin vibration issues when stopped at idle.

But recently I noticed the vibrations are much stronger at cold starts, when I start the car in the morning.
Almost like the engine/car is shaking. And the engine is so much louder. It doesn't sound healthy.

Once the car warms up...it seems to be back to normal. (Note: mornings get cold here in Toronto, Canada)

I recently changed the PCV / gasket. I changed the spark plugs last year.
Oil change a couple of weeks ago.

Any idea what it could be? Appreciate your help all.

Check your snub mount...don't know the TIP cars so I'd check what other mounts you guys have (engine mounts too).
