The first thing you may notice are the big OEM twenty inch wheels off of an A8, but behind those you'll see massive rotors and calipers, a sure sign of an RS model.
You'll also note the tacked on fender flares which are most likely from the A6 allroad model, and if/when the RS 6 makes it to production will be replaced by all-new wider fenders exclusive to the RS.

While the rear end still has a bumper and exhaust pipes from the S6, this too will change with a different RS-exclusive valence and dual oval tips. The front of the car is a different story though, with a much more typical RS-style bumper with massive side grilles. While the ones here have slightly altered sharper lines than what's been seen on the recent TT RS and RS 5, we don't feel the front bumper on this car is the production version.
The other unknown at this moment is what exactly will be under the hood, but most sources agree that it will be the new dual turbo 4.0 TFSI seen in the new S6 and S8 but beefed up even further. It will need to have the horsepower and torque worthy of the RS badges, the wider track, and of course the higher price tag. It's only a matter of time before those details are confirmed, and we cannot wait!
