Alright so my GF wants to get into an audi now. I have already having a hard time keeping her out of my car (specially now with the upgrades done too it lol), so we talked and she likes the B6 body style.

My buddy has a 04 a4 with the 1.8t so I know how they drive. Thing is, is that I see a lot of 3.0L's and 1.8ts for sale around me. She wants to have a car that is sporty, has to be quattro, and manual.

Which is the pro's and con's of the 3.0L V6? I know about the 1.8T's already so no issues there.

I would go 1.8 also. Better gas milage, more options, more fun.

2004 A4 is a B6 so you'll get a better response from the B6 section.

Turbo's are more fun. I have the 3.0, and it's great except for the gas mileage. But if I am ever B6 shopping again I will go with the 1.8.
