If your looking for a physical ECU, the classifieds or Craigslist is the place to go, if you just want to reflash your ECU there are several shops in the area...... What flavor chip are you looking for?

I went with APR, they are a bit more mild tune compared to REVO but it is a very popular choice and is a very reliable tune, plus there is an APR dealer 10 minutes from my house (achtuning in Redmond)

there are lots of threads on which chip is the best, but I would just go with a shop that is close and has good customer service

I think UNI has a place in Seattle, REVO is in Issaquah, and APR in Redmond, im sure there are more that I dont know about also....

What car? B5S4 (in your avatar?)? I think EPL is the new hotness for the 2.7t. At least my 10minute perusal of the B5S4 forum led me to believe that. I'm probably wrong though.

I'm happy with my APR tune, its a bit more conservative, but I'd rather not grenade my engine any time soon so I'm fine with that. The guys at Achtuning are pretty cool too.

Anyone know if my GIAC X chip from my H-box ECU, will it work in an A-Box ECU (which I think OP has) if I was to pull the chip?

That is, are they ECU specific?

I just looked and I have a 2000 with a Bosch maf. So far from what I have read that's what needs to change to make the chip work.
