Legal Council for a Traffic Violation

I was pulled over last night and cited for "Negligent Driving in the 2nd Degree" (SMC 11.58.005). Does anyone have experience with any of the traffic lawyers in Seattle? Recommendations or referrals? I want to beat this...

+1 i should be in his frequent client list. he got me off the tickets every single time. you don't even have to call them. print out their sheet on their website, make a copy of your ticket and send it to them. i never went to court but you might have to since it's negligent driving. all of my tickets were speeding and no matter how bad it was it got all dismissed.

Looks like its not required but Recommended for Neg 2, this is from Greene's site:

"In most cases, for a simple speeding matter, it is not necessary to appear. However, in accident cases, Negligent Driving II and the unique case, it is best if the client appears."

I had to go to court for a BS Neg 2 (was going 60 in a 35 and the cop was a huge prick, even yelled at my mom, telling her she was a terrible parent and I should be in jail, etc. I was 17, what can I say, I was speeding but not driving negligently...). Anyway I got the ticket taken off through the diversion program. Basically if you get no driving infractions for a year, it gets completely expunged from your record. I don't know if WA does this anymore as this was way back in 2000. I would look into that...

been using this guy for years, Terence Wong, and has always gotten the ticket off.
He has been charging me $250 for years, although he said the last two times that his prices have gone up, but still asked only $250

IIRC, it's like $250 to $350. I know he gives the guys from Bimmerforums a discount.
