from what i've heard it causes a lot of damage even when barely used 034 could most likely do it

Im pretty sure anti lag builds boost for launch, thus the damage it can cause and launch control just holds the rpms.

But...I do not recommend it. Besides killing plugs and putting a huge amount of stress on the motor, its devastating to your drivetrain. Learn how to launch first on your own; people have been putting down 11 second runs with K04s for years with good driving, well before launch control was available on Motronic tuning. But we can talk since you have a 034 tune.

i dont have turbos, so theres nothing to spool. it just holds rpms at 5500. i would call jhm and ask if they have any launch control options for their b5 s4 tunes

OP, you are asking if you can have launch control...... stock? I think a stock car has much much bigger and better things to have first. Either way, invest in better tires and practice launching a few times, best advice you will get.
