I just loosed this screw and a high pressure sound came and this green liquid started coming out and some dropped in the bucket and it was slushy like? I closed it right up. Power steering coolant??? should i be removing this?
I bet you just cracked open your AC line. Does that line go to a condenser at the front of the car? If so you'll probably need to get your AC system topped up depending on how much refrigerant you lost.
it was barely anything, couple drops. How in the F do i remove the front end then? One comes in on the left, goes in the little rad and comes out of the other side and goes to the bottom of the engine???? little circle is the pipe. How do i get the whole assembly out of the way so i can get to the timing belt? All screws are off, shock absorbers everything, and i can move the whole thing front and back, i know the coolant hose has to come off, but even if its off how do i move this thing??
Yes, that is the AC condenser, you just leaked out some refrigerant. Hopefully you didn't allow air to get in. You may need an evac/recharge if too much air is in there. Otherwise just some charge might do it..
When ever I remove the clip, I leave that attached. If you just unbolt it, with lines still attached, you can swing it off to the passenger side..

Ran an 11.8 @ 119 at MIR Sept 2008.
the thing is on my car its attached on both sides, the one you see and on the right the same hose again that goes to the engine. Keep in mind i have a 4.2. Im sure its fine, i unscrewed it and it made the sound and shot some liquid out, i closed it right away, it was open 2 seconds max. There was some washer fluid in the bucket before, only that icy substance came out, or it became ice? The only way i could think of is removing the condenser from the radiator and tucking it under the car?
You might be restricted to service mode on the 4.2 (if you aren't planning on removing the AC lines)
But then again;

The photos from that post on down in G Men 08's engine pull adventure suggests he removed the A/C condensor, leaving everything attached to it. But I'm not too sure how accurate that is
