    thats a lot of parts.

well do you hear the fuel pump priming when you open the door?
can you feel fuel pumping through the fuel rail when you try and start the car?
with the spark plug wire out of the car and with the spark plug in it, can you try and start the car and see a spark?
    are all the fuses intact?
do you have access to vagcom? run through the output tests.
how are your grounds in the car?
when did the car last run?

You missed the most important and simpliest part, the battery. I understand you said you tested it and its fine, however, battery testers can have a lot of false positives etc that I'd try a new battery or have the current one tested on a couple of testers to make sure its fine.

If you replaced the fuel pump, make sure you didnt hook it up backwards. I've read several threads where people did just that.

I bet its fine just flooded to shit. Try cranking the shit out of it with the pedal to floor. This will disable the injectors and help blow the excess of fuel out.

    fuel, spark, air.

    One is missing.....

Start with the easiest and check for spark and then compression and fuel.

It makes no sense to throw parts at it if you can't even isolate in what area the problem is.

Okay guys, so the battery is fine... I just checked.
I don't think it would be a fuel pump problem cus I had installed properly. I checke the coils and they are not getting any spark. It's not the coils, spark plugs, or wires because I replaced all off those. So I think it might be the can shaft sensor since that's where the coils get their power from.

A place between here and there

For the pump, my black wire was posotive and the brown wire was ground. Had me baffled for like an entire day, till I discovered that. If your wiring is correct, I would not be surprised if you goofed on your ignition coil wires when doing your spark plugs. My mechanic had a fully custom Coupe Quattro inline 5 BAT, and the guys brought it to his shop because they could not get the thing to start for weeks after a whole bunch of custom work done to it. Took my mechanic like 5 min to start her up. They simply placed the ignition wires on improperly.
I hate it when my car acts like a little bitch, treating me like the bitch

Really? You're trying to diagnose a no start issue and you haven't even scanned it? That's the very first thing you should do before throwing parts at it.
