move battery to trunk
move abs module where battery goes
move power steering tank to behind secondary firewall
re-rout A/C lines
Re rout fuel Lines
Remove pcv and evap
complete bay shave and wire tuck
s4 front bumper with rs4 mod
s4 side skirts with shaved lower door moldings
shaved side marker light
fix 2 dents
shaved exhaust cut out on rear bumper and painted lower valance
complete respray same color (melange metallic) door jams, trunk, engine bay, EVERYTHING.
matte black painted roof and mirrors
refinish Flik Artics (if i keep them) matte black with color matched lip
Slam her on her ass again
3 inch custom exhaust
roll cage while keeping full interior still (color matched to car) then looking for another 1.8T AEB to throw in while i rebuild mine on the side Its finally time and at my new job it will be much easier to accomplish this

I work at a shop that builds custom roll cages, mandrel bent exhausts and custom headers... Why not its dirt cheap and will look mean as f*** and If its coming apart again, I'm doing it!

Turns out the plug came loose from the sending unit, so no tearing apart yet Haha need the 2.8 in my garage back together and then ill be parking mine for a long time. Hoping to have it ready for wuste but can't make any promises Haha

shouldnt be long before i get started. i just set the engine and trans back into the 2.8 in my garage and just gotta finish that project up and sell it so i have my garage back and some more money in my pocket. then ill pull my 1.8t in the garage and pull the engine, trans, interior, all the glass. first project will be welding up holes in the bay and building sheet metal sides like rob did as well as welding up side marker lights and holes from where lower door moldings use to attach. this friday i am picking up a set of s4 side skirts and a new rear bumper, so those will be in the mix here soon as well. once i get the bumper, ill be starting to shave the exhaust cut out on the rear valance for the 3rd time. this time it will not be going on until my exhaust is done. im still on the hunt for an s4 front bumper so thats going to be the only hold up as of now. i need some advice on how to make some new A/C lines that run in the fender well. I plan on purchasing some ss fuel lines that i will re rout in the same method rob did. as well as using robs method of running the wiring harness behind the pre firewall and cutting a hole over the bell housing to run all of my wiring out of sight. PCV and evap will be deleted, although i need to leave some sort of access to re attach them when it comes time for emissions. the power steering tank will also be moved and a bracket built to hold it behind the pre firewall. i do plan on keeping my windshield washer tank as this will still be a daily driver but i will find a clean method to hide it.

euro scrap yard on 470 and santa fe may have an s4 bumper. last i was there (some time ago) he always had some b5 bumpers stored.

Got some work done today. Pulled my passanger seat as well as headliner and all the pillars. Gonna slowly work on it and still drive it till the 2.8 is back together and out of my garage

Since every single thing is out, I almost feel like I have to Haha ill really enjoy not having tons of road noise and drowning exhaust sounds when I build my exhaust.

that sunroof is pretty heavy you should think about getting a carbon fiber replacement ... put all that weight down low yo

What is that motor mount bracket off from on the drivers side that attaches to the stock motor mount, holds the A/C compressor, alternator, and power steering pump? is that the stock 1.8 bracket? If so, any details on how its modified to fit the vr? or link to this persons build thread would be great.
By the way, ill be buying the adapter plate for the stock trans soon so that i can mock up the engine and trans in place and begin to fab up some motor mount brackets to utilize my existing 034 street density mounts. i dont have an engine i can use in the car yet, but my bro has a spare vr6 laying around (that he wont give me) but hell let me borrow it to mock up for mounts.
