I installed these the other day on my RS with the Sport Exhaust option. They sound freakin' awesome. They can drone a bit at lower RPMs, but I don't mind it and they sound great otherwise. They burble and pop a little at low speeds and really scream at high speeds.

Hmm, no t-shirt for me I guess ;) They are very nice although I can't comment on how different the sound is as I had the cats in for 20 miles before I did the swap.

    John,

We dont have any Griffin shirts at the moment, but I asked Millek to include some stuff for you including a shirt on my next inbound shipment. I'll keep you posted.

That would be very cool, thanks!

And this is a great price for the bypass pipes and I think a must have mod for the RS

Not raspy at all, just angry :) Can't comment on any power increase but I'd think there'd be at least a little bit by getting the cats out of the way, certainly not as much as a full decat tho.

Sorry about that. We're right in the middle of building our new website. Where are you located? I have Milltek dealers all over the country.

I work with a couple shops there:

    http://www.tunerworks.com/

    http://www.calgaryautoworks.com/

Either of them will be able to hook you up with the cat bypass pipes.

    Milltek downpipes and REVO software

My 2012 TT RS will soon be a World Challenge GTS race car...but, before we started the race prep, REVO installed software. i drove with just software for about a month, and then Milltek sent me downpipes to try...the car is a real beast...and sounds so much more aggressive with the downpipes. I didn't think the cat delete would add so much, but it really did. The awesome low end torque feels even stronger...and there seems to be an extra kick in acceleration at about 5500 rpm.

I stongly recommend both of these mods to EVERY TT RS.

Milltek has also sent me a turbo back down pipe that is massive...to replace the primary cat. Forge just sent me the front mount intercooler, that is also massive.

Go to my Facebook page..."Who want to see the Audi TT RS raced" for pictures and the build process of the GTS TTRS.
