The clinic will run all day (approx. 8:30 am to 5:30 pm) at the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds (2405 Sugarloaf Pkwy Lawrenceville, GA 30046). Our clinics pick up where most 'drivers ed' programs leave off. The clinic is open to all licensed (or learners permit with adequate time behind the wheel) teens age 15 to 20. Membership in Audi Club (or relation to a member) is NOT required to participate.
Students will learn:
* Importance of vision
* Cornering - understeer and oversteer
* Braking
* Emergency lane change and object avoidance manuvers
* Proactive vs. reactive driving techniques
* Effects of weight transfer
* Driver courtesy
* Safe following distance
* Why distractions (like texting) are dangerous
