I was parking in a very tight space and this happened:

Is this repairable? If so, how well close can it be to perfect if not perfect? How much is it going to cost?

contact your insurance. is your door still closing correctly? I see there is paint transfer, did you hit a yellow poll or something hit you that was yellow ( taxi cabs ) ? from the looks of it...its best to get insurance involve.

    Door is still closing correctly.
I hit a yellow painted pillar in the garage.
What is the insurance going to do/cover?

if you have collision coverage, just pay the deductible and they will take care of it. or you can probably find a PDR tech to remove the dent and have a body shop paint that area.

My A3 rolled off the jack, punched a hole in the rocker and dented the door. Repairs were $1400.00. body shop did an awesome job, I cannot tell where the damage was. It looked a lot worse than yours, I was sick. BTW the dealer wanted nearly twice for the repairs.
I called the insurance company, and was told it was my fault, so I paid for repairs out of pocket rather than pay additional premiums.
    Good luck.

How about I TRY this first: http://www.ebay.com/itm/AUDI-Paint-C...-/230536312232

AND if it doesn't work or look bad, I'll get it repainted as I was about to anyway?

Most any body shop could fix that without any problem. I would have been sick if I had done that. I could only imagine the sound........... It's only a car though!

    Blasphemy! ;P

I'd see a professional about this, honestly. It's a small dent that can be pulled out easily.
