So I have a 5 month old 2012 ibis white s4 that I got straight from the factory. Unfortunately, I have not been able to keep it garage kept, but I had good coats of wax on it since day 1. For whatever reason, whenever it rains, the dirt drips off the rear trunk lid and sits on the bumper. In my living situation I have only been able to wash my car once every two weeks. I use high quality microfiber mits and towels and the car looks great, except on the rear bumper. I can't get a bunch of these dirt specs out that you can only see if you look close. I have tried Scratch X, cleaner wax, swirl free polish, even meguiars dual action cleaner polish, all by hand, but can't get them out. How do I prevent it and how do I get it out? Example below.
this is clear coat issue, needs to be wet sand down and re-buffed again, take it to detailer or do it yourself if you have skills to do it, , if it comes back take it to dealer and have them repaint the bumper..
I have seen once a while these issues pop out on bumpers in brand new cars

I really hope that is not the case, I don't have the skills, and funds are tight right now to really spend anything on my car. What do you mean its a clear coat issue? To me it seems like some nasty dirt/particles were sitting too long in Florida heat and attached themselves to the paint. Like I said I did try those products by hand, but nothing helped. I highly doubt my dealer will repaint my bumper for free and if they do itll probably not look perfect. Was hoping I could somehow get this out on my own. I did not try a clay bar first, how do I remove all the layers of wax before I try to clay.
