Hello Everybody, Some of you may have heard of our products or used our services in the past. For those of you who have not, we would like to introduce ourselves to the Audizine community. We are TyrolSport, a European car specialty shop located in New York City. We have been in business for 12 years, focusing on performance products and upgrades for VW/Audi/Porsche/Mini/BMW. We offer GIAC and APR software, Stasis, AWE, Renntech, Akrapovic, and many other popular brands. We are offering an exclusive AudiZine group buy price on our TyrolSport Rigid Caliper Slider (RCS) kit. This kit is a must for those who seek maximum performance from their stock brake calipers. The RCS kit eliminates most of the initial “mush” inherent in the stock caliper mounting system, and allows for more even and greater clamping force. This is a difference that can be felt in pedal response immediately.
You may have noticed that the first 1/2" of travel in the brake pedal doesn't give much response, followed by a dramatic ramp in deceleration. This makes the pedal feel non-linear. Our kit is designed to reduce or eliminate that feeling. Adding the TyrolSport RCS kit will increase pedal feel, add initial response, and promote even pad wear. The end results include consistent braking performance and increased braking confidence in street and track environments. You will not experience any increase in noise, vibration, or harshness. The upgraded, high-tolerance parts are manufactured with 954 Bronze Alloy bushings and 309 stainless steel guide pins. These components replace the OEM bushings. Here is a comparison picture.
Here is a short video demonstrating the systems benefits. The system in the video is for the newer B8 chassis, but the principals of operation remain the same.
We track test all of our products at Watkins Glen, NJMP, Lime Rock, and other tracks here in the Northeast. Track and street testing has yielded positive gains on our in-house B5, B6 and B7 A4 test cars. Pedal feel and consistency under hard braking has been greatly improved over stock, with more control at the edge of ABS intervention. The complete kit includes everything necessary to replace the OEM rubber bushings in the front brake calipers. The rear brakes are already solidly bushed from the factory, so no improvement can be realized. All of our products are researched, prototyped, and manufactured in the USA. Once installed the kits require little to no maintenance other than a quick re-greasing once per year. Installation requires approximately 30-45 minutes per caliper.
Here is some feedback from other forum members:
“TyrolSport has definitely offered an amazing product for a great price. This would definitely be in my top 5 mods for the money. I don't think I will ever run another VW/Audi without this kit. For users wanting to upgrade their OEM brake equipment without dropping the coin necessary for a BBK, this is a must have combined with upgraded pads, rotors, etc.”
”I know this has been hashed over again and again, but I just installed these and took a quick spin and the brake feel is incredible. These really do make a difference! I was skeptical and bought these on impulse, but this is def a noticeable mod. And super easy to install.”
The retail price is $94.99 plus shipping. We are honoring AudiZine members by offering a 15% discount for 10 or more kits, and a discount of 20% for 15 to 20 kits. This equals a sale price of $80.00 + shipping for 10 kits or $76.00 + shipping for 15 to 20 kits. There will be a maximum of 20 kits per chassis included in this group buy. For those customers who are local to our shop, we are offering free installation as part of this group buy. The group-buy ends on February 10th, or when 20 bushing kits are sold.
Thank you everyone for reading this and considering our products. We welcome any and all questions and comments, either posted here in the forum, phone (917)626-3368, or email at orders@tyrolsport.com

I'll take a set. I'm local too. Let me know how to get it.
Unitronic tuned. love it.
Need any services done in NYC area please PM me. I will diagnose and fix your car. Also do clutch replacements, Timing-belt services, Turbo upgrade/installation, Fluid changes, boost leaks and pretty much anything.
So this is now a group buy? I would go for these. I have gotten around this issue by purposely not fully bleeding the air in my brakes. This is prerferable...
Also, is anyone else not able to follow the links? Looks like he c+p another post that had shortened the links and now the links don't contain the right hyperinfo.
