Thought I would never have to write one of these but the day has arrived. I attempted to buy s4 hp2 brakes from this guy back in October. We agreed on 200 dollars including shipping and that I delivered through paypal back on October 25th. Some time went by and I patiently waited as his work schedule (road salesman of some sort, or so he says) kept him from being able to ship the box. I assumed that having to wait for me to transfer money from my bank account to paypal caused a delay he wasn't expecting before he hit the road. He then promised that his brother would ship the brakes. Later he said that it would be ridiculous for his brother to drive all the way to his house to ship a package. Since I was in no rush, and he kept up with communication, I said take your time. December came around and still no shipment. He said he would have a month off during the holidays. I said great, ship then. After I came back from my trip, no shipment was to be found, and he had stopped responding to my periodic PM's asking about when he will ship. Recently I have flooded his inbox with messages, sent him a text message, and opened a dispute (which will do no good at this point) with paypal over this, and still no response. The shits of it is that he still signs in to audzine, cruises about, posts, and yet does not respond to me.
I hope someone can help, or that he will chime in with a solution because I have had enough. I know I am screwed, but it happens once in a while to the good people in this world. Until now audizine has been one hell of a community for me and I have yet to meet or have any problems with its members.

In any case, hopefully this will be a warning to others in the future when searching the classifieds for parts.
