Yea I had the holes in the bumper but before I bought my USP the previous owner had the car towed and AAA scrapped the front valence pretty bad. So AAA agreed to repair/replace the valence and while it was in the body shop I had them fill in the holes and resurface and resparyed the front bumper for a great price!

Thanks dude! Yeah I couldn't pass up the opertunity to basically get a "new" front end for only $350! Now I gotta get a roof rack for my front license plate so I can roll around like KidGT

Yes it is illegal, The only reason I typically run a front plate (and I know this is stupid, BUT when I have 2 or 3 beers say for a football game and drive, having no front plate is just another reason to get stopped & possibly fail a DUI).
