So my k03s sounds like a dentist drill, I was going to go BT and do a 2871R but I’m going to korea soon and the Audi is going as my daily and decided I didn’t want to try that well I was over there. Wanted something with a little more power down low for the city driving less cost etc. So I went in search of a compromise. I scored a real Borg Warner k04-022 on ebay for stupid cheap. Seller spelled the listing "ko4" they had crappy pics as well but once I e-mailed the seller she sent me great pics of it. No one bid on it with a $50 starting bid. Once I got it turbo is mint looks like it had just slightly started to rub very slightly when it was pulled. I plan to re-build it for sure but what tune should i use? I had talked to APR before and they said that they saw minamule gains trying to tune a k04 on an AWM VS just using there standerd stage 2 file with the k04. But I'm pretty sure that was with a k04-15 not the 022. will the extra size of the compressor wheel make that much of a differance.

    022:
    Inducer: 42mm
    Exducer: 56mm
    Tip height: 5.82mm

    015:
    Inducer: 35mm.
    Exducer: 50mm.
    Tip height: 3.7mm
EDIT: idk why it won't let me fix the title. Originally thought my k04 was a 015 and i had a t25 that i was going to use to make a hybrid but its the same as the 022 so changed to figure out if i need software or not.

Wow, 65 views and no one has any input? I know this topic has been asked multiple times and i found lots of refferances to several tunes but there all based on either the AEB engine or the k04-15. I can't find a single k04-022 spacific tune.
