Second one appears to be an A3. You might contact Alex at europrice.us. He should be able to get something for you.

Someone already swapped the RS5 or similar nob into a B8. It is pretty staightforward except there is a plastic piece that you have to heat and turn 90 degrees so the interlock button will work.

Mixed feelings for the new knob. Definitely looks modern, though.

    These shift knobs respectively are:

    S5 S-Tronic Shift Knob and Boot - $234.00 each (Retail - $270.00)

    RS6 Automatic Shift Knob (Air Leather) - $189.50 each (Retail - $231.30)

The new S5 piece only comes with a shift boot, not sold as just a knob. Comes with grey, red or brown stitching on the shift boot.

That second knob is a standard RS6 knob with air leather.

If anyone is interested or has questions let me know.

    Cheers,
    Alexander van Gerbig

I am digging that S5 knob. Is this a drop in replacement or do we need to do a mod like Stubek mentioned above? Does the grey stitching match whats in our cars now for those with black interiors?

You must heat and twist the shift pin to fit any of the round knobs like this.

The color codes for these new items are the same as the original equipment.

Looks like manual knobs didn't change, sorry. There are always the S-Line options is air leather or the exclusive knob with the red trim and air leather.
