Yeah, I got the Quattro. Still having a hard time finding a thread with all the mods were able to do to the A3. I guess most people that own an Audi are pretty mod savvy from dealing from with all of the upgrades these cars need or can get. Not sure if I want to switch over the RNS yet, just seeing if its plug and play.

Don't do it. You want Navigation, then throw the money for the MMI unit that's OEM for it or do what I did and get a Pioneer AVIC unit.
As far as "mods" go, what are you looking to find out? It's pretty standard fare with the 2.0T's across the board (FSI and TSI, aside from fuel pump which you don't need on a TSI for the most part): software, intake, turboback exhaust (APR, B&B, etc), coils or springs\shocks (Koni, ST, KW, K Sport, etc), Votex body kit, aftermarket body kit, wheels (VMR, BBS, WORK, other OEM Audi, etc.), turbo kits: K04, GT28, custom BAT, water meth kits, and intercoolers available from a wide variety of manufacturers (APR, Forge, OEM Audi S3, etc). Did I miss anything here?
Papachristou: i just said "yeah well you are still driving a neon, and she still wants to ride in my car"
2011 Audi A3 2.0 T Quattro S. Tronic Titanium
APR 93 Stage II Software
APR FMIC
Carbonio Intake
B&B Turboback Exhaust
ST Coilovers
Votex Side Skirts
What did the dealer say for a time frame for delivery? How many months? I was quoted 4 months at Brookline Audi in the Boston area.. I wonder if he was just pulling my chain.
Cant wait to see your new car! The titanium package is going to be awesome! If you want coilovers get STs, the ride isn't much rougher than stock and it transforms the handling of the car and takes it to a whole new level. Check out AMI motorsports they have a$799 shipped deal on STs and great customer service as does USP motorsports (also $799 but I'm not sure about shipping) and they are great to work with as well.
My ride won't get delivered until mid May. I'll be sure to post pics as soon as I get it. I'll most likely drive straight to Black Forrest industries to get flashed(apr) and their mounts put in.
