Bought ecodes from Jens (lowesta4) 5 weeks ago, before the holiday shopping/mail season, and there is still no sign of them. And of course, DHL and USPS don't update their tracking so there's no record of it ever arriving in the US.
Should I be freaking out right now or continue waiting? How long did it take for yours to arrive?
First time I ordered from Jens (actually this same time last year: late Nov), my ecodes arrived 2.5 weeks later. Just me or does this seem odd?
Advice if you were in a similar situation is appreciated.
He submitted a claim on my behalf today, but because it's in German and there wasn't much explanation (just a forwarded email) I have no idea what a claim even means. Jens has assured me he won't leave me hanging. This process is foreign to me. Literally.
I ordered a set of VW scirocco euro lights from a forum member years ago and it took 10 weeks for them to arrive!

Jess, your thread here seems a little pre-mature - in that Jens is working with you to get the problem solved (whatever that problem may be). I'm moving this to the feedback forum. I'd like to see you keep this thread updated, though, and then let everyone know what Jens has done for you in the end. I've found that people that have worked with him in the past have had zero issues.
Jens should be able to find out what's going on and get back to you.. he's a very nice guy and kept me in the loop. i purchased a set from him for my B7 and for my friend's B8. both arrived in roughly 2 weeks.
I'd wait another week. Mine took close to 6 weeks to deliver. You understand it goes from DHL, then gets passed over to USPS, right? So the DHL code will be stuck at 60%, or something like that. Not even contacting DHL will help, as it is already in USPS' hands. You will need the UPC??? (USPS tracking code) and look it up in the USPS tracking system. You can obtain it in the DHL tracking info.
It also depends on customs and how busy they are. Note, USPS never updates their tracking system. Give it time. If 6 or 7 weeks pass, then follow up.

Like others have stated, Jens won't let you down. He came through for me a year after I bought my ecodes because I had a problem with them (my own fault). I wouldn't freak out. Its probably customs or something.
I ordered a B7 Euro HID Retrofit kit from Jens in late December. I just got it the other day and it was superb. Shipping took a while because he ships from Germany, but he explained that explicitly before I purchased.
I ordered my ecodes, ballasts, ds3 lights, kufatec wires all through jens several weeks ago (4 maybe?) and I received all the goods today. It was like Christmas all over
And to top it off, customs did not damage my packages which makes me extremely happy.
