I did 225 cus they fit.

If I would have done 245 or 255 I would have had to lift my car up to ~ 25" and get ~ 10mm spacers to get the "stance" I wanted.

Psychology. May end up switching it though.

Yea. I feel like the meaty look will never grow old; the stretched look is starting to die down.

Your car has a nice stance though. I've always liked the RS6 style wheels.

I am probably going to order 12mm spacers. I measured it out it looks like it'll fit better. Also, Seerlah provided pictures of his 18" setup (at et23) and it look great.

I'm probably going to buy a used 255/40 and 245/40 and put them on my spare wheels to see which will look better.

You guys should purchase one of my shift knobs. Or get yourself (and myself) $5 from clicking the link in my sig.

I just have a gray ("platinum") and a red one.

The red one actually looks kind of cool. If I had all black interior, I would keep it.

Little birdy told me you were getting new wheels. In the form of 19" AMG optical illusions (they always mess with my eyes)?

I've always liked those wheels, but I don't like that they are 19".

They should look pretty good. You should try and get four rears (9.5" all around would be awesome).

I went to buy some G12 from a small VW dealer from a town next to my brother's. While I was walking out, the worker asked me if I needed any parts because they were going to close the dealer. I ended up finding these.
As of a few weeks ago, the dealership permanently closed.

    Today was a long day...

    - two midterms.
    - creeped out by someone stalking me.

But at the end of the day, I had some spacers waiting for me.

At et23 the rear looks a lot better. Pictures tomorrow.

One downside to running wheel studs -

I had a nail in my tire so I went to America's Tire to get it fixed. They get near my car and start harassing me about running wheel studs and not wheel bolts. "Those aren't safe," "We can't work on it like that," "We can put wheel bolts on." One of the workers said that they never work on cars like this - the same worker that put the tires on last time (with the studs).

^ Wtf, and post up some pictures of the rc's. Also, alex, how are you going to run meaty tires on 19's.
Memo, i enjoyed the 235/40's, this summer i want to find something much meatier though. Maybe 255's if i can get them to fit.
