AFAIK no one in the states has. Are you registered on A5OC? Lots of UK members there, maybe someone has done it over there.

Sorry everyone, I'm so busy at the moment I barely have a chance to breath. I was supposed to be out of my house 2 days ago and due to trouble after trouble I'm way behind. Hopefully next weekend I will be to my new place of residence although my car could be 3-4 weeks behind me. Not going to get into the details until it's all worked out but lets just say things can't get much worse than they are for this move right now. As of tonight I'm homeless with no vehicle stuck in the Arctic....

I am so on this! Hopefully Alex has a set available. So any pointers on how to install these badboys? From what I have read there is some level of playing around that need to be done to get these lights to fit right.

What do you mean? You can clearly see the strip lit up in the picture.

I think he's asking why the inner LED isn't part of the brake light. The LED on the inner light above the taillight, which is visible in the latest photo, is for the rear fog.

I suppose the fog could be tapped to the outer brake but not sure that would look right since the fog isn't LED and of course would require wiring that isn't there have to be run.

Just bought a 2012 A5 from the US it is being imported here as we speak, unfortunately I did not know that Premium in Canada and the Premium in the US is different so I will not have LEDs in the front and Rear. I e-mailed Alex he has been a dream, I just purchased my Ross Tech today so I am most likely going to order the tail lights and head lights next week. The car is not going to come until March 10th or so.

I meant for the brake lights, yea parking lights look great. Theres no way for the brake light to carry over to the trunk?

Watch video from about 2:30 on and you'll see why extending the brake light to the fog wouldn't look right. The fog is an LED, but it's just 3 little LED's and it's not the whole inner portion of the inner taillight.

I think there is some confusion to, I keep getting messages about not enabling the inner brake so hopefully this will clear it up. On the A6 and A7 they the brake. However on those cars with US lights you can not do the Euro flashing because of the way they wired them. So we may not have the inner brae but we get better looking turn signals.
