I don't know what you ordered but I have sent a few hundred of these units out to clients, and many to AZ members since I had this sale, and not had a reported issue of reception being 'Killed'.

I've had a few cases on my two of my iPhone 4's, none of them seemed to throw off my reception, including but not limited to aluminum, graphite, plastic & rubber.
Get your phone serviced before you bash someones product.

Exactly! Get your phone serviced before bashing. this is the sexiest iPhone 4 cover around.

Some aftermarket plugs don't fit into the jack without a little machining, but I think most of us here can handle a little handy work for such trivialities.

I bought a black/silver one from Winston way back and I still love it.

Winston, What screen protecter is that you have? I like the way it covers the prox sensor.

I don't know what the protector is as that isn't my phone I used for the pictures

It's for looks but it does help you orient the phone so when you pick it up it is always facing the same way.

It actually has some function for me at least, holding it, and when it's sideways to take a pic. Kind of acts like "grips"? Lol

it looks like the protector is a Zagg shield to me. I have one of these (red/black), although I am a phone case whore and never use it anymore, but it fits awesome and I never had issues with change in reception or anything else in how the phone worked while using it.

I literally bought a EXOvault case for twice the price, becuase these were out of stock.... I have the old stuart warner gauge and would like an updated sweeper gauge as repayment for this injustice!

Customer bought one last week, I helped install it, it slipped out of his hand and the phone fell about 4' to the tiled floor. He picked it up and expected to see a shattered screen and all that there was is a scuff on the anodized aluminum finish.

He bought 5 more as gifts after that.

My friend got his a week ago. The case looks, feels, and is built quite well. He got a solid red case, and he lives it. The only issue he has had is that he cannot dock it on his ihome player without an adapter, I guess the case makes the dock not reach the receptor on the phone. Other than that he loves it.

do these work with the dice adapter for our cars?

I think the bottom of the case sticks out too far so it does not sit into adapters.

Even with chargers it can only use iphone4 slim heads and the older 3g/gs ones will not slide in the opening.
