WOW! Im trying to replace the radiator and the tranny cooler connections are a pita. Dont know If I need to disconnect the cooler hose from the tranny in order to connect the hard pipe to the radiator tranny cooler first.
Thinking about cut the hardpipe, complete the connection on the cooler and then use a rubber to connect everything back.

    HELP!

The hard lines can be removed from cooler in the radiator without disconnecting the transmission side. The o-rings inside the cooler fittings degrade and become one with the female fittings.

In my opinion, cutting the hardline and making a repair after the new radiator is installed is absolutely the wrong route to take. Be patient.

Have you tried spaying penetrating oil inside the fittings to loosen and lubricate the rubber o-rings?
