I frequented IT for service when visiting T.O. and its about time some T.O. folks left the "center of the universe" to enjoy great service on their VAG car and perhaps check out what else the National Capital has to offer !

As a matter of fact, I'd be happy to work out a special hotel deal for those who wish to do this ...

Yup, it was either go east or south. Merivale's a bitch after 3:30pm, but it sure beats trying to get across town at those times! (typically a 15-20 minute drive from my house, which is easy enough)

Was looking to be operational by the end of November, but there have been a few delays, and local suppliers sure don't appear to be starving for business!

Thanks Steve. Word of mouth is the only way to do things, imho. Given mechanics and their sometimes warranted reputations (as total scam artists) the beauty of the referral is it sets up decent grounds to start building the relationship.
