I installed full power driver seat & passenger seat out of an 04 into my 02. Straight plug and play and swapped the fuse for a 20A. Only downside is that these "new" seats aren't perforated leather like my originals but no big deal.

If that's true then you have a leak to find.

Hmm weird I turned it on at 70į this morning and was blowing cool air. Then this evening at 70į again on AUTO, when I pressed the vent button it became colder, but not super cold just enough to notice a slight difference.

So you're noticing a difference when the temperature/humidity is different? I don't know that it really gets as cold as possible on AUTO, probably just cold enough to maintain temp. My guess is to really monitor performance you have to compare when it's running full blast.

Exactly, it doesn't. In the case where the ambient T is only slightly lower than interior, the blend doors will arrange themselves such that heat is pumped from the vents. No way to verify if your AC isn't up to par unless you have an actual reading on sys pressure and have done vent temp checks at full Lo w/recirc on prior.

No, those are just B6 S4 rears and dont deserve to be powder coated. As soon as I can get my hands on a dual caliper bracket for the rear, I will get those done.

Went to replace the right rear window regulator and the PO stripped the bolt on the window framing.... so now it has a bag on the window until I drill it out or find another frame

Try using a stripped screw socket - worked well for my door (PO did the same thing). Now I just don't torque the bolt like crazy and it has been fine.

Stripper screw not bolt.... it's a stripped t25 screw that holds the regulator in place with the window frame

    A set of these

On a side note - I bumped into a tow hook on a jeep like 10 minutes ago, rip front bumper. Wasn't paying enough attention after the light turned green.

What did you do to your B6 today?

I found bolts exactly like that in various lengths locally at a fastener supply place (Tacoma Screw). Bought them for my roof rack as the stock bolts were 1/8" too short for it to fit on my whispbars.

Point being, you can find stainless metric bolts like that many places. No need to pay ECS pricing. Check out McMaster Carr.
