    Radio quit working

So I was planning on installing a new head unit, but wanted to be able to get the stock head unit out first. I tried taking it out with nail files and it didn't work. I had one side out then pushed it back in the process of trying to get the other side. Since then my radio just quit working. I suspected a bad fuse so when I eventually was able to get the thing out I replaced the fuse, which was blown but it's still not working. Any suggestions?

While removing the head unit, it stopped working, is that correct?
