I swapped my fuel filter (B6 4 pronged one) and it wasn't too bad. I would suggest getting a squirt bottle filled with water of something to lube up the clips as mine were so gunked up they were super hard to get off initially. Other than that hope you dont mind smelling like fuel for the next few days.

Do yourself a favor and get an OEM Audi filter too, the shitty Hengst filter I got is making my pump squeal even worse than the old one was, so I'm going to replace it with and Audi one soon.

Anybody else want to get a snub mount and do a group install? I didn't end up installing that last week. Didn't have the time.

Do you have the stock one or aftermarket? How long did it last?

Sorry i didnt catch you back. We ended up doing it tues. Axel went smooth...was an amazingly simple job! the snub mount...ugh! took forever...found screws and bolts missing from the previous owner and had some hang ups on small parts breaking on us :( we got it all fixed though and in! the 034 zero gap bracket made things more tricky..thats for sure!!!! took us 7 hours to do the axel, snub mount and belt. Drives WAY better. Can feel a little bit of a vibration at idle..but not much, and the mount still needs to be broken in, so I expect it.

Man, long job. Glad you got everything done. Did you have the stock snub in or was there already an aftermarket one in there?
