I juts sold my B7 A4 this week and got into a Porsche Cayman instead. I never installed these two pieces - I was waiting until I had to do the timing belt so I only had to tear things down once.
Looking back on the USP site, the two pieces together would be about $600 - I'll ask for $400 and entertain offers. PM if you need pictures or more information.
