Anyone else put their winters on yet?

I still haven't gotten my snows on. I hurt my back really bad a few weeks ago and haven't had time/felt good enough to do it. It would have been nice in this storm.

Dude, if need be, I can help you with that today. I know this storm is just going to pass through this weekend, but driving on summers in this is dangerous.

yeah holy crap ... i have all seasons and its still sketchy

need to get my snow tires on ASAP lol... driving in breck last couple weeks has been less than pleasant! i can't imagine summers

Luckily I do have all seasons, had to buy new tires just before winter and couldn't see myself wasting even more money on summers that will give me less tread life. Thanks for the offer Eugene, but it's not a necessity. I don't feel unsafe at all, just excited to try out my first set of winter tires! Hopefully I can get them on before the weekend is over. I'm still doing better than 90% of the people out there, and it is a fun time today, if everyone would get out of my way!

I'm keeping my 19's & all seasons on for the winter.... I have a pretty fun time powersliding everyturn with them...

In fort collins the snow only sticks to the Roads maybe 8-10 days a winter. To me $1000 snow tires isnt worth 8-10 days.... however It would be cool to see how quattro & snow tires handles snow. I bet it is a pretty good feeling knowing you have snow tires on in a storm

1k for snows?!? I just look for deals where people are selling them after 1 season or less.

^ lol. that was my wife too. I grew up in Breck so I was used to having snow tires year round. (no kidding) Its funny to see peoples reaction to how well snow tires perform in the snow.

Neighbor talked me into snows the first winter after I bought my A4 (5yrs ago). Amazing. Unfortunately the OEM 15" A4 rims & snows didn't fit the S4... :( Sold the 15s & thought I had a deal on some 16s that would fit from a guy in MA on AZ... Looks like that is not happening. Wish I had just bought them from TireRack 2 mo ago (though wheels & tires package is/was $1100). Today is the first day thought that I truly am missing having snows, the last couple of "storms" in Denver weren't that bad. At least the S4 has traction control that the A4 didn't. Still all seasons are a bit scary today compared to snows... Damn!

Wasn't in the Audi, but had the wife's Montero down in Denver and spotted the closed Ultimate Electronics parking lot. I'm guilty of being a little juvenile, but I had a blast! Even had a BMW follow me around for a bit.
