take the level sensor off(on the left side)

take off the sway-bar bolts so when you lower the sub frame you have more room to work

loosen the bolt on the bottom of the shock

use a jack to lift this up so you don't mess up the threads taking the bolt's out

use a jack to brace the rear subframe when you loosen the bolts

loosen the subframe bolts, i loosened them enough so i could fit my finger between the subframe and the frame
rear

front

now you can lower the jack a little so you have more room to get the spring out.
remove the bolts that hold the spring perch in place(this makes it easier to take the spring out)

now its time to put the spring compressor on. use a screwdriver to pry the rubber bushing loose(dont pry till someone is prying on the suspension)

this is where i put the pry bar to loosen up the suspension(don't pinch that line)

now get someone to pull the pry bar down as you pull out the spring
