San Diego to Tahoe City (with a side trip to Reno at one point, which I recommend avoiding)

Moved from San Diego to Portland in one trip. Just shy of 1100 miles. Otherwise mostly localish stuff. Not many long road trips.

It's not that bad when you'd been visiting regularly for 15 years before you move.
It's a long drive for sure, but not too bad if you start early enough. Once you get north of Sac it gets very scenic. Cabin on the lake huh? Must be nice.

How do you manage to take such long trips and your car still looks like it just came from the car wash?
Mine never gets cleaned on long trips because I refuse to use the corner car wash's with their grit filled soap brushes

Um you can take the pressure washer wand and rinse it off or bring your own sponge.

I've just turned 150,000 km this last weekend. Drivin a number of the local tracks on tourist days, southern France, numerous Alps crossings (love Switzerland and Austria) and, my favorite the Stelveto Pass.
This is the only snap I've ever been able to locate of a track day.

Longest trip would be about 64 scandinavian miles, around 397 us miles?
Not that much, but if you look at the coastline of Norway, you´d get my point :p
Did that at a total of 10 hours and sum´ hours, that including 6 ferries :p
In total it has done 170.000km, 105k miles :)

Suffolk VA, to Virginia Beach VA. Mostly because I haven't felt it's safe to take it further than that recently. Now though I think it could mange coast-to-coast without a sweat.
So... ~ 30miles? lol, pathetic.

What do you mean you "think" his is a sedan? It either it is, or it isn't. It's really not hard to confuse/mistake the two.
On topic; my car has 126,xxx miles. I have owned it for almost a year now and put 6,000ish on it since December of '10.
