Power washer full blast and spray those shits
if that doesnt work,
Get adhesive remover, spray the living fuck out of them, wait a bit and try wiping it off with a towel.
If still deosnt work,
Spray MORE adhesive remover, literally soak them with it, and leave it for a few hours or overnight.

I had the issue where my plasti dip on my winter wheels was NOT coming off at all, hell even the power washer didnt really take it all off.
After trying everything and even attempting to sand them down, I sprayed with adhesive remover, and it came off.

i shoudla gotten an ipad 3 for my mom. hrmm. or even the ipad 2. oh well. im in the process of trying to get her cheap android tablet that i got for her for her bday fixed.

for me prime was alternative school, beyond all the fucked up shit they do they set a weight goal for u and make u bench like a mofoko my set goal was 250 and i eventually reached it and passed it mind u i was at 125lb at the time...

as to ur whels i guess u learned to wax the shits out of them bitches next time, i was thinking of it u said the dip got baked on form the sun maybe the wheel surface was too hot and the dip lost some of its elasticity as a result and so it didnt come off as it should?

It was simply a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time for the motorsyclist. Both Ferrari's were going under 35mph. The coupe hit the sidewalk and lost control, and the spyder (Rob Ferreti's brother) tried to avoid the coupe so he swerved and hit the motorcyclist. No ones at fault other than the 19 year old intern for not knowing how to keep in lane.
