Well it has been too long since an update has been posted in this thread, so heres one to get you all up to speed with he USP S4


We made it out to the NSCRA South Eastern Finals in the S4 running much less power that our old setup.... I guess I should mention that we still trapped as fast as our old setup on these lower power levels! (I think this setup is going to treat us very well!) With a proper launch, we were on our way to another 9 second run. I think were all pretty eager to see what happens once we get this thing tuned on some higher power levels

I am assuming installed does not mean that you guys got the in-house tools from APR to flash the B8 ECU right?

I am waiting for you guys (and APR) to get this so I don't have to ship my ECU etc.

Correct. Once your car has v2.0 on it, we can flash here in-house. For example, if you get stage 1 you have to ship your ecu out. Once that is loaded to your ecu, we can update to stage II+ and add programs in the future as you wish here at the shop.

As of now, I don't have a date. It really isn't a bad wait. It's a 2 1/2 day turn around. Bring the car in the morning and we ship it out. APR flashes and sends it back. Then your ready to go. A few days of downtime for all that extra power... The pros outweigh the cons tenfold!

The new tool is going to be here this week. So we will be able to flash the CC's, GTI, A4's, A3's, etc. We will have the capability of flashing the S4 with that tool within the next month or two!

Attention 2012 Vehicle Owners! We will have the tool to do APR Software Upgrades in house beginning this week. We will be able to flash cars such as 2011+ VW CC, GTI, Jetta GLI, A4, A3, etc. With more vehicles to be available in the near future, such as the 2010+ Audi S4 3.0T. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call!

Right now that is one of the only ECU's that can't be flashed via the UPD. We should have that capability within the next 2 months or so.
