Finally got all my spring/summer goodies installed. I'm sure there are a few things people won't agree with, but, isn't that what modding is about, being different......

My Spring/Summer collection begins.
ABT Drilled/Slotted Rotores with EBC Redstuff pads
For the summer, I sold my old 18" Ultra Sport set-up
Moved on to 235/35 fronts and 275/30 rears
235/35-19's
275/30-19's
Wrapping around
19x8.5's and 19x9.5's I love the concave look for the rears, and the fronts are better, than I thought!
Gotta beat the summer heat. Treadstone TR6 FMIC
Once again, battling the summer heat, and looking to finally use my 100oct tune!
Coolingmist Water/Meth behind sub enclosure
Went with a RS style grill, forgot to put the rings on before I put the bumper back on...... But they will make a return! Also added ECS clear sides, a custom CAI, Cupra Lip, Xenarc CBI's, STi clear lens, 5000k fogs.
Best D1s bulbs around in my opinion!!!!! Love the output, and they are still breaking in!!!!!
2007 A4 S-line Brilliant Red,APR stage 2+, K & N drop filter, Alpine INA-W900BT, VaG-D, Debadged,OEM DV "D", RS4 rear Sway Bar . Clear side markers, Podi Boost Gauge. Rai Test pipe with custom downpipe. 034 Catch Can. 034 TIP.APR HPFP. Apikol Snub mount. St. Coilovers. Miro 111's 18 x 8.5
Wheel/tire details? Also, are you running any spacers? (especially fronts since I'm a quattro guy and cant go staggered)
Why not, I have a Quattro?!? Just make sure the rolling diameter is within 3% difference. I'm currently at .08% difference. Wheel/tire specs 19x8.5 32mm 66.6 bore 235/35 fronts and 19x9.5 35mm 66.6 bore 275/30 rears.

Yeh, I just forgot to mount them before I put the bumper back on. But they'll be on once I get the chance, I had to jump through hoops to get a holder, so I'll for sure mount them!!!

changed a lot since I met you at the GTG this winter
I rubbed a slight bit with my 3 kids in the back, but other than that pretty smooth sailing. Though I FEARED for my wheels life drive down to Dever this past weekend. Those roads are horriaweful!!!!!!!
pic with the F15 looks ;like your car is towing it with a strap. great look for the car, but I dont think the gov't would like you putting Phils LED's on the plane.... lol
06 A4, 2.0 T, MT, APR Stage 1, APR Exhaust, RS4 Rear Sway bar, VMR Test Pipe and vent pod Boost gage, 10% tint, CC, Rev D DV
07 A3 S-Line DSG, 20% Tint, wife's...............
Oh and a thanks to swoardrider; Geoffafa; PNB7; Dangler for the info they gave me for tire size fitment. That's what keeps this community going, thanks guys!
I really love those STI lenses. Did you do them yourself, or have Phill do them when he was doing the LEDs?
I tried them out last year when phil did my V3's but the process wasn't worked out so I had to take them out. When I got the V4's installed, I sent the lenses and they all got knocked out at the same time. And the Xenarc CBI D1s bulbs are the cherry on top!!!!!! Can't think of a better D1s bulb out there!!!!
How did you end up getting the ring holder? Where'd you get it from? Any side-effects noticed from running the wide tires? Got me thinking now for next tire setup =p

Bought an Audi TT aftermarket grille (cheaper than the A4's) that came with the holder and I plan on trying to sell the grille itself in the classifieds. So far no real negative effects from the 275's only on speed bumps with 3 people in the rear, and even then the rubbing there is rare.
God I want 275's... But that's cause I have RWD.. that's gotta be killer for the already every present understeer?
Regardless, looks awesome. Nice to see someone running a set that hasn't been done (as far as I know).

Hey that Treadstone TR6 FMIC.. is that a direct fit? Nothing else to be done/cut/modified? Did you have to get custom piping for it?
Nope, not a direct fit, but nothing hardcore needed to make it fit. Used Mr.Dance's old piping, which had to be modified so I could keep my fogs. The core had to be inverted. Different piping, though may lead to an easier install. I believe jayphilly is using the same core with cxracing piping.

Just flipped upside down. So I could get more room. Like I said though, with different piping, it may be able to be slotted right in. Once jayphilly is done, we'll be able to compare installs. The breakdown jayphilly gave for all the IC's under $700 is what convinced me to go the route I did.

How do you think you would fare with flushness if you had those fronts in the rear as well? Do the fronts rub a lot? I'm wondering how I would do with my Koni FSD setup.

Also, where did you buy? Get a good deal?
The fronts are still pretty flush, they'd work just fine in the rear in regards to aligning with the fender, I just wanted the look of the 9.5's. No rubbing up front, though my preference is to not go any lower, I'm sure your FSD setup, would look and workout just fine.
