Its said for Mercedes Benz E420 also audi b5 s4. Anyboy use that b4? any feedback? and any drop numbers? Thx

It's kind of a mistake. It's more just the way the ECS search works. If you type in "B5 S4" anywhere, it'll give you tons of stuff that is listed as "Audi S4 B5 2.7T" but in reality that's false. I've had that happen when I was searching for Koni FSD shocks, and there were some listed as for the "B5 S4", but Koni very clearly doesn't make FSDs for our cars. I even chatted with ECS about it, and it was just the search acting up.
