Yup you should try and hit up Matt from Ocarbon about that and the CF mirrors probably from ebay that's where I got mine from. I got my pillars from the hook ups from Fred a former A4 owner in New Mexico he got me mine I had to go thru him.

Sweet! What are you getting done?
I realized Matt/oCarbon is located in AZ. I'm going back there to the old stomping grounds to visit friends late march to early April. Finally a vacation!

Thanks Roger! I hope to figure out the wheels sometime...maybe near future? :-P we shall see...
In regards to carbon, Matt does exterior and interior stuff...he can do custom things too. He did my c-frames along the side of my shifter. Definitely happy with the turn out.
B-pillars and mirror caps I went through Osir...pricey but its full carbon :)

Had a great time at the gtg on Saturday, always love meeting new people in the car community. I've told a few of you about my car for sale back in the mainland; well, it sold! It's gonna a little difficult letting it go and not physically being there to deliver it to the new owner, but I think I'll be alright! New wheels and more low soon....? :)
This is what I'm letting go!

Haha..I know what you mean.
I just found out that my coworker would've sold me her 95 integra with 90k miles for $500, but she ended up donating it and didn't let me know. Shes an older lady and was the only owner too. I would've picked it up in a heartbeat.

Thanks Kurt for the info, Carbon is probably my next style feature going into the car, defnitely want to get my seats redone first from all the wear and tear from the beach with that carbon looking Vinyl I showed you ;)
If anyone is looking for a new car brand new or Pre-owned definitely hit me up, we have good incentitives right now if you currently own an Audi. And I can also sell any other pre-owned car / suv / or truck on the lot. Were also connected to JN Chevy/ Mazda so if your family or friends need a car let me know. Anyone that sends someone my way and buys will get a referral fee from the company and $125 from me cash ;) So please if you know of anyone make sure they ask for me if they stop by, I'll make sure I'll get you or your friends the best deal ever!

Ya I'm not a hundred percent sure, it's weird about two weeks ago all of a sudden it wouldn't start. It was turning and everything so I didn't think it was my battery but then I disconnected my Sounds cause I thought it was my cap draining my battery. And with out even jumping the car it cranked up the first time. Sooo, I ended up buying a new cap cause I heard they tend to go bad after a while in which I had mine for three years so I fiugured it was probably the problem. Put a new cap in and it was cranking up everytime for the last week untill I went to the meet. I did however that night leave my red inside glow tubes on for the whole time I was there so that probably drained my battery lol I do have a yellow top and my friend use to do sounds all the time and I'm running 2 twelves so I think my battery is due for a change also, I think I've had it for about three also and he said the batteries usually go within 2 years if your bumping them all the time.
Oh and since that that night I reconnected my sounds and it cranks up all the time, sooo i've come to the conclusion that I should not leave on my inside lights anymore and possibly get a new battery in the future.
Any thoughts anyone?
I think spark plugs could be an option also.

Interesting discussion in the b8 a4/s4 sections. If this is the direction Audi is going, its basically taking the fun out of owning an Audi. These were the reasons why I got back into one, is to have fun and mod. I haven't done a tune or anything on my b8, but damn.

I'm looking to get an upgrade exhaust system in the near future, looks like my pipes are getting a little rusted out lol, Where's the best place to go without breaking the bank or atleast fair in pricing?
-

Get a custom exhaust at Exhaust Systems Hawaii. They do great quality work, be able to work with your budget, and give you the choice of the size of piping and tips you want.

Ya that was my first bet, figured I'd go there and see what exhaust sytems are available, Should I cut the Cats out and go straight pipes? not sure if I want it that loud
-
Senior Member

That would be too loud for my liking, but thats just me. It might get annoying after a while. Its really up to you. You can probably tell them the type of sound and loudness you are looking for and they can figure something out.

lots of my friends go to Barr's muffler in kaneohe he does really good work and he's pretty cheap I get mixed reviews on exhaust systems hawaii my dad got his truck exhaust from there and he had to take it back cause they didn't put a exhaust hanger on right and it got loose and started dangling, then he had to take it back again cause there was a metal grinding noise coming from underneath the car idk which esh he took it to, but also i have another friend who always takes his cars to exhaust systems hawaii and he's never had a problem so idk, I have seen Barr's work though (Kaneohe one idk about the others) it was really good and he was very fast too

Yeah, they recently started scanning VW's too. Apparently, they are scanning, when you take it in for service. They can detect the difference in the software. I hadn't heard anything about them adding the other mods. It all goes into the main database that the techs use. So, if anything happens, any dealer will know, when they run your VIN. Makes me glad that I decided not to chip the car, right away. The idea of pulling and opening up the ECU was what made me uneasy, in the first place.

Same here. Another thing holding me back is the horror stories where a new ECU is needed and how long it takes to come to that conclusion. Members have waited for weeks or close to a month.
