Is anyone using these? Have you had any issues or problems with them? My car is pretty low and although I've had an alignment done, the front isn't adjustable so I have some inner tire wear.
My alignment has been slightly off since my little mud incident and before I took it in for a realignment, I was thinking about purchasing these to get everything done properly.

Hey...wanted to bump this up as I'm looking to get these as well. However, the reason I want them is for better specs at the track (more camber, toe, etc.) Anyone use these? How are they? Thanks!
I don't have them but I've been researching this mod and have heard that these Stern arms have failed on a few cars. Apparently they aren't built very heavy and have been bending under stress. You may be better off with the SPC brand, which are heavier duty and slightly cheaper.
mopsta81:"Very nice touch. You got those from bader? Wow, you have a little piece of royalty on your S5. I bet two dudes in black suits rolled up in a black quattroporte to hand deliver."

BFI and other options weren't available when I got the stern control arms.
If the options available now were available back then, out of curiosity and for discussion purposes, which would you have gone for? and why?
I'm inexperienced when it comes to alignment kits so insight is HIGHLY appreciated. Does one kit offer something superior than others?
^ From what I've read, Stern apparently has had issues with quality/durability (therefore you shouldn't get Stern control arms if you'll use it for tracking) whereas BFI, 2Bennett, SPC or 034 Motorsports have "better" quality/durability. I'm not sure I can justify paying $500+ for + - 1.5 degree more camber/caster... especially if the bushing have to be replaced every 10-20k km's...

Curious to know where you read that, seeing that APR is using the Stern arms on their B8 S4 race car with no issues.
Our Stern arms have set the standard for adjustable control arms. Replaceable ball joints and bushings, adjustable camber, caster, and a lifetime warranty.
No other arm on the markets offers all this. There's a reason the Stern arms are the leader, with over a thousand kits out on the market in over 15 countries, used by racers, daily drivers, in every possible weather and road condition.

Apart from the quotes found above in this thread...:

...just general Internet searches of Stern reviews and the issue of quality/durability always comes up after a while. It's mainly the fact that I want to get adjustable arms for the sole purpose of adding camber/caster for tracking, so I'll need something that can stand up to the excess stress and load. Don't get me wrong, not trying to knock on Stern.
Another brand that I've also read is good is called Gruven...will look into these.
I know this is an old thread but to Brian, might want to contact 034-Motorsports in Fremont about their adjustable UCA's if that's what you're after.
I did a small write up of my Stern arms. I fully expected the old control arms were to blame for the erratic vibration that everyone complains about, and the Sterns I installed not only made alignment very easy for my installer, but the vibration has never returned.
