I actually kinda like that AR lol. Would be better if it had fender flares on the front though, looks sorta naked without them.

I have to assume there's a front fender flare in the works. I haven't seen the passenger side yet, maybe it has one.

Started in on a long process I should have started a while ago. Now its almost time for summer so I gotta get to work.

After I took these "before" shots. I scrubbed, wire brushed and degreased every wheel. Next step: sand and fill

Looks interesting, how is the fit in the OEM spot...Will there be a need for cutting or filling in or a fabricated a new dash surround.....

Enfig has a dash radio mounting kit that fits perfectly so no need to cut/trim.

Surprisingly I actually like the looks of that for an aftermarket nav unit....I think it might actually blend well with the interior because of the "red" lighting on the buttons. I'm eager to hear/see more about this!

what wiring kit did you end up using. I was looking at this exact radio, but looking to choose the avh-p3400bh. its the new line for 2012..

take some install pictures... let us know how it went....... there is a youtube video showing how to install this in our car by enfig....

Started removing all of my floor mats on my driver side to get into the Comfort Module. Kind of painful, but easy at the same time.
Just pull the drivers seat as far back as possible. Remove the pannel closest to the door with force, the clips are metal so you shouldn't break them down.
Pull the carpet back as far as possible towards the right rear of the car. You will have to untuck the carpet from clips which are located by the break pedal.
My box was loose though, previous owner had been there, not screwed in. Removing the Comfort Module from the outlets that are attached from it is a PITA. One of the cords were unlatched from the Module which could had been one of the problems I've been experiencing with the Module since the Module case was completely dry and the Module looked fine. Now, saudering the cord back to the outlet and we'll see if I fixed the problem, if not, I'll have to buy a new module... Fun stuff! If the car wasn't so beautiful and fun to drive, I'd get rid of it.

Got my Sonic Tuning ST8 wheels put on. 19x8.5 et 35, graphite centers with silver lips. Pretty nice looking wheel for a rep. I'll probably paint the center caps solid red eventually.

And yes, I know needs a lower, but doesn't look too bad with stock ride.

More plasti dip. I had decided I was going to do around the shifter. Then I did the door blades and ran out for the day. The stuff is addicting.

Now I really need to do the bumpers and flares. I hate that even from the bumper to the fender flares they are different color tones.

Also got some 265/35/19's mounted on my RS6 wheels (ANTI POKE). Just need to get some bolts long enough for the rims and 10mm spacers. If anyone knows of a good place PM me please.
