    If you want to participate email one of the below SME's
    GPS based performance computer/accelerometer times (V-Box, Drift Box or Performance Box ) or VAG-COM/ECUX

    PLEASE NOTE: Only GPS based or OEM based, datalogger times from V-box equipment (Drift Box, Performance Box, or V-Box) or VAG-COM will be accepted for this list. No extrapolated times from 1/4 mile time-slips. Also, all submitted data must be reviewed for accuracy and approved by a Subject Matter Expert (SME) before the time is posted. Please have a video of the run as well from in cabin. *Also each member gets their two fastest times one on their available pump gas, the other on the racegas of choice*

    No really, a custom tune is a custom tune. Those who can read, and interpret logs as I can is why ANY tuner with time will get you the same results. That's why there are so many arguments between the two best custom tuners in the game right now VAST and EPL. Both Mike and Tony know how to read the logs of the car and can make the right adjustments based off of that. . The arguments are for the sake of egos and the people who don't know jack shit about tuning.

    Can't wait until your car gets fixed up and back down the track next season!! I'm going to go back as well. Last time I was 12.8 @ 112.9mph in 112*F track temperatures in the middle of July. That was on 93 octane on a 1.8 60'. I'm hoping with a better 60' I'll be real close to 11's in my DD. Happy with that.

    I'll do one of my buddies on the same strip we do mine. To be honest, it's going to be pretty bad because that's where these larger turbo cars excel. Example, K04s and K04-RS6s, GTs, TiALs are all within +/- .5-1 second of eachother in regards to FATS. A single gear pull. However, once we shift into 4th, the larger the turbo the harder that acceleration continues and even my K04s die out around 110mph. The last 20 mph takes a bit compared to the first 50mph of that run.

    I'll do mine again when the car is fixed BUT it's getting an OEM RS4 box so I can't hit it in 4th gear anymore...

    My best time 4th gear only pull was 9.4 last time and 10.5 with a shift

    The more data the better. You can even overlay files and see where one car is accelerating faster than another (i.e. big turbo vs k04)

    I'd do more of these if shifting into 5th didn't feel like sex when the girl has dried up. That's how it feels shifting in for me, just a terrrrrrrible feeling.

    60-120 the other day against at stage 3 s4 i was only a car length and half behind him

    Thanks! But my car is slow :( Like 8s 60-130 when I tested it a long time ago. Did you see my friends turbo E30 time I posted? Redic!!! Gonna get a few more runs of his this weekend. I'm guessing 4.6!

    Ahmad, IIRC, yours was an 8.2 or 8.19.

    I can send Reid the run from the V-Box if you want.

    I can't wait to finish breaking in this clutch and trans, so i can do another 60-130. I know it will be a lot better now, the power I have at 60mph is HUGE compared to what it was before with the OEM 3rd gear.

    Probably incredibly... Most of the cars you see on the list were designed for these speeds from factory, whereas our cars were designed to be luxury cars parked valet style. At 130mph it's probably not as great as >150, but that's just a guess. I'm sure an engineer would be correcting me.

    from my track time back when i was Stage 2+, car hits the "wall" at about 120-125... then it is all HP..... :-)

    Adam, I will update it tomorrow, I saved the file at school and it is easier for me not having to switch from excel 03 to 07. People lets get out there and log some 60-130 pulls! and if you got the balls do a standing mile just 0 out your shizzle on your trip center and give it a go... lol.. that wont work but I can rent out a v-box.

    Went out for a test of a B5 RS4 with the 458hp/426ftlb MTM package the other night. Silly things like a 12" sub in the trunk made it heavy @ 4070lbs with driver and passenger. 20" wheels don't improve acceleration either.
    130mph would require a time consuming shift into 5th, and since being caught at that speed in this country basically means that you will spend your lifetime behind bars, we did just one pull in 4th in order to get the best 100-200kmh time, as that is the most relevant on these shores.
    This was a no shift, 4th gear pull. Judging from the 3rd gear data from a pull to 100mph , a 3-4th gear pull would be within a few tenths (and most likely slower).
    Outside temp was 8C (46F)

    All pulls with one passenger (155lbs):
    100-200kmh in 11.1 s
    60-125mph in 11.57s
    60-120mph in 10.39s

    It put down 370whp and 360ftlb SAE corrected (376whp uncorrected) during the best power pull.
    Vagcom logs were healthy with actual boost higher or equal to specified boost from 2500rpm to redline.
    FATS was a poor 4.2s, but it should be able to go below 4s with driver only.

    Yusko send me your log so I can calculate your actual speed and update your time. With ECUX I'm going to try to get the most accurate times possible so we can compare them to V-box. Also don't forget to post your tire specifications please!

    Damn that's slower then my friends E39 with only exhaust and chip. but like you state the weight + 20inch wheels don't do it any good! Let him run alone and on stock 18's , I bet he will shave more then a second off!
