really like this package "Cross Drilled Rotors with Hawk Pads, Front (Ceramic) (8D0615301KSP.CER)" but do you have the rear?

The Zimmerman Drilled Rotors for that car are not available (only the fronts). Zimmermann does not offer them.

We can do a Power Slot Rotor front and rear if you'd like; that kit is on the site with the HPS - PM us if you'd like to substitute for Ceramic.

Have you guys ever had an issue with stoptech stage 2 kits with warping at all in colder climates? I bought a stage 2 kit a year or so ago and they work great. I put the car away for the winter and when I pulled it out for the next summer the front rotors where slightly warpped in the front.

In the short 2-3 years we've been a StopTech dealer; no, we have not heard of any of that problem from any of our customers.
